For the 2020/2021 season, All-Star Teams competing at OCF events will be following the Cheer Canada Rules. Please for the link below to access these rules.

ARE MY SKILLS LEGAL?
For clarification on your skills and approval of props, please submit a clear video to the IASF for review. You can email them at - cheer.rules@iasfworlds.com
ALL props must be cleared with the IASF prior to being used in an event
